Screen Door, a Modern Southern Kitchen, along with Chef David McMillan and “Master of Scotch” Craig Vaught. The Glenlivet Scotch and Cigar Dinner will feature four different scotch years (French Oak, Nadura, 18 year and 21 year) paired with a five-course meal and a complimentary cigar after dinner. The scotch will also be incorporated into each meal, including Glenlivet cured gravlax, grilled beef tri-tip in a Glenlivet cream and black trumpet polenta and butterscotch crème brulee with Glenlivet shortbread.
