Kids ages 7-12 can learn to make and decorate cupcakes, create artwork for a Cupcake Gala and learn how to play easy songs on the piano, violin and other instruments at Musica For The World, a music school run by Dr. Gustavo Tolosa, a concert pianist with a doctorate in music from the Eastman School of Music. Artwork created by kids at camp will be featured at The Cupcake Gala and will be donated afterwards to hospitalized children as part of Tolosa’s Musical Angels program, which provides free music lessons to hospitalized children. In addition to learning the fascinating history of the cupcake, children will enjoy an interactive music time and reading time every day.
