Classic Irish melodrama, adapted for a modern audience by Violet O’Valle, including Irish folk tunes accompanied by traditional Irish duo Heirloom. Synopsis: Hardress Creagan and his mother are upper-class Irish who’ve fallen on hard times, and decide their only hope lies in the marriage of Hardress to the wealthy heiress Anne. CURSES, first they must dispose of Eily, the fair-haired lower-class girl to whom Hardress is secretly married. Alas, Anne is already in love… with Hardress’s best friend Kyrle! A murderous plot is set into motion. Will it succeed? Will true love win out over money-lust? Who will live happily ever after? Who will live? Come and see!
