North Texas’ preeminent early music ensemble Texas Camerata presents a concert of vocal and instrumental Baroque chamber music featuring Ryland Angel, countertenor. The program will include the solo cantata Jesu, meine Freud und Lust by Dieterich Buxtehude and Stabat Mater by Antonio Vivaldi. The instrumental works Sonata sopra la Begamesca by Marco Uccellini and Lamento sopra la morte di Ferdinand III by Joann Heinrich Schmelzer will round out the concert.
