First on the program will be “Francaix Marelle”. This is a fun, light ballet to Divertimento for Horn and Piano by Jean Francaix. Next is “Colloquy”: a neoclassical ballet view of Gyorgy Ligeti’s Six Bagatelles. Featuring a wind quintet and two dancers, it is a challenge and conversation between both the dancers and musicians.
