Arts Calendar Requirements
Thank you so much for thinking of WRR Classical 101.1 when it comes to
Arts events in the Metroplex. To better handle the massive amounts of
Arts announcements and Press Releases we receive we have some guidelines
that we ask those who submit information to follow:
1) Please insure that the following information is included:
· Name of Event
· Date, days, time of event
· Location of event with address (If possible, Mapsco number)
· Contact /Ticket info phone number (necessary) and website (if
available)
for those wanting to attend --this will be the published/announced number
· Contact/phone/email of person in charge of event/public information
officer/media contact etc.
You may include other pertinent information (parking, volunteer
opportunities, restrictions, etc.) but the bulleted items noted above
must
be included
2) Please send all information no later than two weeks prior to your
event.
3) The easiest way to send us information is via email. Please send
email
to: artscalendar@wrr101.com
4) We cannot guarantee inclusion of your event on the website, Arts
Calendar
and/or Arts Update. This is strictly a public service.
We will endeavor to get your information included on our website and/or
announcements in a timely manner if the above guidelines are adhered
to.
